I believe that his accomplishments in his second term were better internationally, but his accomplishments in his first term were better nationally. He was able to put additional sanctions on Russia and punish their behavior and slowly cripple their economy; which means that they will have a hard time getting back on their feet and reemerging as an economic powerhouse. He was able to actively pursue the withdraw of all US forces in the middle east, until we had to send in operators in Iraq for "training" purposes. I think that he accomplished more in his second term (yes, I know I reiterated this) because he was able to actively pursue countries and was able to move freely without worrying about being reelected or not. He accomplished a lot overall in both of his terms though, especially since he has been hated against and has been getting blocked by Congress all the time. Side: Syria droided
