They should keep the artifacts where they are because in source seven it says that the British do not have the right to return the stolen goods.In source nine it also states that Africa is not the safest place for these items to be in their possession because they do not have the right resources to put these artifacts. In the British perspective they feel as if everyone should the diverse art work and uniqueness .
The artifacts should be sent back to Africa because in source number three prince Edun says that they returned something they took from Scotland back to them . So I don't see why they can not bring back the Africans artifacts .Also in source two it says that they feel like they lost apart of their heritage.
