if you have your phone in a place where you can reach you are not going to be attentive in your lessons. you have have a thought of using your phone the moment the teacher leaves. only a few can be self-controlled. it will also be difficult for the teacher as she will have to be checking the student the full class and it will waste her time and will also reduce the quality of the education provided as the teacher will be focusing that the students are not on their phones.
