getting a job doesn't mean you work from 9-6 and cringe about it doing a work or getting a job is to do what you love doesn't mean that only management creates it technical also does but its called diversification of your goals where you want to try new and succeed in it.

thee days the tech is so widely spread that its coming into the management process so this shows both are interlinked and not separate as we see it.

not creating stuff but managing the things are also important and when to get those things in to action is also counted which should be used efficiently this where the management comes into action by knowing how to get things done.

management is an open platform to learn new things on daily basis it isn't stopping technical education to grow further its to do the right thing at the right time

may be technical people have good knowledge about the latest inventions of such kind but management helps those things come into action people simply cant deploy stuff as they please

management can create employment but if it is on a technical basis there are many components which has to be counted there are fields where there is use of core technical people are used and not everywhere management education is needed but management can help people to work in a efficient way is what management teaches and helps to show your leadership skills even better.
