A survey of the preferences and problems of users of the World Wide Web shows that techniques that improve users' knowledge and ability to select and search web sites increase their satisfaction. The speed of accessing sites and locating specific knowledge are the most important considerations for the users. A menu containing a list of all the search tools will increase user satisfaction. Being so late to the market it will be compared to more mature products, fairly or unfairly that is a handicap. I like it but its nothing great and the only benefit I can notice is speed which is only meaningful if using the browser with web apps. A normal page can take 2 or 1.5 seconds to load, doesn’t make a difference to me. Web apps themselves are not there yet in my opinion so a review of Chrome will have to wait for web apps…if that make sense.

Eminent domain refers to the power possessed by the state over all property within the state, specifically its power to appropriate property for a public use. In some jurisdictions, the state delegates eminent domain power to certain public and private companies, typically utilities, such that they can bring eminent domain actions to run telephone, power, water, or gas lines. In most countries, including the United States under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, the owner of any appropriated land is entitled to reasonable compensation, usually defined as the fair market value of the property. Proceedings to take land under eminent domain are typically referred to as "condemnation" proceedings.

If your domain is not private all of your personal information will show up on the whois, which can be easily searched for. So the easiest way to stop people from getting your private information is to get private registration on your domains.
