Yes, that seems very true!! A great example is the corruption of our U.S. Constitution that's been raped and re-written throughout the years. Our Founding Fathers would be turning over in their graves if they could see the aberration it's become of their original intent, IMO.

I'm going to be a hipster and say... no.

Because there is, but for a short amount of time. To say that does not count is to say that change only counts when it is extended to a certain amount of time to assert that it is a certainty, when in fact it is not as it will leave/change its existence, as everything does, at a given point in time.
