Yes, that seems very true!! A great example is the corruption of our U.S. Constitution that's been raped and re-written throughout the years. Our Founding Fathers would be turning over in their graves if they could see the aberration it's become of their original intent, IMO. Side: Yes

I'm going to be a hipster and say... no. Because there is, but for a short amount of time. To say that does not count is to say that change only counts when it is extended to a certain amount of time to assert that it is a certainty, when in fact it is not as it will leave/change its existence, as everything does, at a given point in time.
