The first 6 of your "symptoms" is likly due to the delivery method and not the drug itself. 2 of the next 3 of them are subjective and thus meaningless in an objective analysis. 1 of them is probably correlated but not a effect. The last three, well yea your high so your coordination is affected but such affects are not long term, same with memory. The problem solving one depends on what type of problems your attempting to solve, the more abstract out of the box answers should actually be helped by cannabis.

Ice cream can make you jittery and cold, which can effect your coordination and your memory. Also, eating ice cream can be messy and isn't a good food to do such while eating it, after words you could be jittery, cold or have a brain freeze, so it could affect your problem solving abilities as well. Also, if you are psychologically "addicted"(The only kind of cannabis addict that exists) it affects your problem solving abilities the same as anything your psychologically addicted to, because what ever it is also has to be part of the solution. some of this may seem a bit of a stretch, but not so much if you actually know people who smoke and are objective. Some friends of mine like to put the blame on people's recreational drug activites instead of on the people themselves, seems you may be doing the same.
