If a woman dresses provocatively is she asking to be raped?

http://youtu.be/IFL01KWNxCw

So I watched the video above and it did make me think about this carefully. It's a touchy subject so we have to be careful but I wanted to know some of your opinions on this...

Thanks.

By definition, rape means that the the woman is non-consenting. A woman may dress provocatively in order to get the attention of men, but this does not mean that she is giving consent to any interested men.

No. Bodily autonomy trumps all. .

No, however if a woman dresses provocatively she is asking to be treated like an object by men. While rape could be considered the epitome of being treated like an object it is not the intent.

Who says she's dressed provocatively? Is wearing shorts provocative? A miniskirt? Is going out to a club in a short dress provocative even though everyone else is dressed similarly? What about the rapist who says the victim was dressed provocatively in her pants and sweater? What about the woman who goes jogging, so she wears spandex shorts and a sports bra? Is she doing that in the hopes of being treated like an object?

Let's try a different direction. If a man is outside with his shirt off, is he asking to be treated like an object? If he goes out in a fitted t-shirt, should he expect to be raped?

and who decides whether she's dressed provocatively?
