Is Createdebate better than Debate.org?
Debate.org is a debate site just like createdebate. Yes, we can compare createdebate with a more similiar site, but the two sites in this case have very different debate formats. Which website has a debate format that best suits debating? Is a more formal 1v1 debate format better, or is more open debates with many people participating better? Is non-anonymous voting that requires a reason better, or does anonymous voting that does not require a reason encourage people to vote? What about the community using the website? Which suits intellectual conversation more?
Yes, Createdebate is better.

This means that if we took the same debate to debate.org, then debate.org will win, despite the objective quality of both websites not changing. Personal preference is not really something you can conclude things with. It is useful for making decisions for yourself, but it is subjective. Side: No, (neutral/D.D.O. is better)

I am choosing neutral because of the format difference. The outcome depends on personal preference. Debate.org has a better scoring method as CD's method is prone to trolling. I do like CD's open forum better though as it allows many ideas to be explored rather than just two peoples opinions. You can see multiple view points this way and then make decisions on which one has more merit in context of all the ideas. I prefer to explore ideas rather than to just see who has better debating skills. Side: No, (neutral/D.D.O. is better)
