I don't think it is possible to do nothing; how can you do something that, by definition, can not be done? For example, existing is doing something, and since matter can not be created or destroyed, everything in the universe will always be existent, in one form or another. There are other things that you can be doing that can't count as nothing, even if you are dead (such as decomposing and aging).

Nothing is something. The absence of anything is the presence of nothing. And therefore you are always doing something, and there always is something.

Your brain i always active, no matter what. Even if you lost concenrtation, you are still doing someting.

I agree with others; it is impossible to do nothing. You are always breathing. (unless you're dead!) your muscles are always moving, and you are always existing. These are some reasons why it is not possible to do nothing.
