Is it possible to actually do nothing?
Well I see it as we are always doing something, since when we say we're doing nothing at that point your speaking and breathing which is doing something... I guess it all depends on how you see the word :)

Although your heart is always beating, as long as you live, to do nothing in a general sense means to be taking no action beyond the most minimum. To stand still when disaster strikes, to play video games all day, to do the bare minimum you can do to live is to "Do nothing with one's life". Side: Yes

Fair enough but it's not you brain controlling your rotting body, The real 'you' is not in it any more so technically if your an atheist and don't believe in heaven or hell once your dead you do nothing. But if your Christian like I am It's hard to do nothing since once dead we believe we go to heaven or hell. Side: Yes

I don't think it is possible to do nothing; how can you do something that, by definition, can not be done? For example, existing is doing something, and since matter can not be created or destroyed, everything in the universe will always be existent, in one form or another. There are other things that you can be doing that can't count as nothing, even if you are dead (such as decomposing and aging). Side: No
