This blatant attempt by the BLM TERRORISTS at trying to INTIMIDATE the Mayor into watering down New York's policing policy must be seen for the alarming terrorist threat it represents. Of course THE BONGO will try to have the City adopt law enforcement procedures which will offer the greatest opportunities for the darkies to continue to cause death and misery to the citizens and visitors to THE BIG APPLE.
