Fire Rod Rosenstein, and appoint his successor.
Congressional witness immunity
Inadequate resourcing - starve Mueller of funding
Revoke the special counsel regulations
Presidential pardons

Yes Con. Sadly, the President of the United States of America seems to be invincible to impeachment, and I don't just mean Trump, I simply mean the position. There are powerful people on both sides that will not let their boys and girls go down. When a group owns the law, pays politicians more than their salary by far to "vote a certain way", when we have lobbyists crawling across Washington like cockroaches, blah blah blah, you get the idea. Not in the long run. I agree there are many more steps, like the ones you list, which can drag this out or blunt the investigation. But I don't think any of them can make it go away entirely, and when you add in the fact that public opinion of his performance is already abysmally low I just don't see anyway he can rebound from both. But Comey's testimony is not an automatic nail in his coffin. To that I agree. Side: We lose
