Like, if someone pisses you off then I guess it's OK. Like when the people on Earth pissed God off and he wiped them all out (a common theme in the old testament). I mean, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Why should he be the only one allowed to wipe people off the map ;) 1

Well if you killed someone and you were a Christian then you shouldn't have killed a person because Christians don't kill people but if the Christian repents of what he committed and doesn't do it for the rest of his life then he is forgiven. If he keeps sinning and killing and keeps asking God for forgiveness then God will not forgive him because the person has to fully stop in order to be forgiven. 1

You can kill, rape, steal, whatever you want under whatever circumstances.
There's just one catch, after you do all of that stuff you have to genuinely feel remorse for your actions and ask god for forgiveness.

Perhaps the person in this situation has a mental disorder where he compulsively does things that he genuinely regrets afterwards, and never truly wanted to do it in the first place. Regardless, if he did it intentionally or unintentionally through some compulsive disorder, the fact is that so long as you genuinely (KEY WORD) ask god for forgiveness, God says he will give it. If you think to yourself "well, i could rape this girl, and then ask god for forgiveness afterwards" obviously that is not genuine if you are consciously acknowledging your evil acts with the "guarantee" that god will forgive you. This is not genuine, so therefore if someone had this mentality they would not be forgiven. 1
