It would be interesting to hear why you hold such a view. Any technological development which promotes communication among people is good and this principle very much applies to youths. As with everything from cream cakes to alcohol there is a percentage of our youth who will misuse this device but its overall benefits greatly outweigh any negative points. Side: opposing the motion
