Gay marriage should not be legal because as the Bible states, marriage is to be held between one man and one woman. Legalizing gay marriage would go against what God has meant for us as human beings. Not everything in life is fair, especially when it comes to people, so maybe yes it isn't fair to make gays suffer, but it is what God wanted.

No, but I do think that it may be a good idea to specialize prisons for certain crimes. Yes obviously a person did something pretty terrible if they are in prison, but they shouldn't all be grouped together if they haven't done the same degree of a crime.

Homework is harmful to students because it doesn't allow them time for themselves when outside of school. Without extra time for themselves, a person has a hard time growing and exploring what they could/will become. When being weighted down by homework and not being able to grow, a person could develop strong emotional incapabilities...

Private schools should have their own state tournaments due to the fact that they are allowed to recrute students, thus creating the best team possible. Other public schools do not have this priviledge, and have to work with what they have. Because of this, private schools may have a greater advantage over public schools.
