I highly agree with everything said in this post, as people are not perfect and their could be many problems without a government. Governments may not be perfect, but as you stated in your argument, they are a big factor in why the human races' existence continues as it does today. Another thing that came through very clear to me was that peoples' morals would be ruined. This is because I also believe that at the end of the day, most people would just be trying to survive. Without governments to keep people in check, they would be able to survive by any means necessary to them.
In a world mainly regulated by governments, such as today’s world, the absence of a government would most likely result in many poor repercussions. One example would be total anarchy in the vacancy of a government. Without laws and people employed to enforce them, there would be no stopping anybody who would want to commit crimes, so if people did not want to work, they would be able to steal and harm others in order to get what they want. Without government there would not be a justice system to protect and guarantee its citizens rights. Another reason that governments are necessary is that they provide protection for its citizens, often times in the form of an organized military. Without government, there would not be an organized military, allowing other countries to easily defeat us. Also, if the military stayed , the military could completely take over the nation with no consequences and without reinstalling democracy. On this note, anybody could gather a large enough following to create a dictatorship for their own gain. Governments are not perfect by any means, and there are probably many ways they could be improved, but some do provide many services for their citizens such as protection, laws, a justice system, or education. Without a government many of these things would not be available to people.
