Violent video games should be banned for minors especially. video games may provide relaxation and give a break from studies to the minors, but once it becomes an addiction, the influence it has on an individual may lead them into the wrong path. When it comes to violent video games, the child is influenced to such an extent that they may be forced into wrong doings and has a few too many distractions. Tough the parental brought up of the child and their own responsibility as an individual, there are other external, factors like the society, friends, and also to some extent religion. Addiction also has many drawbacks, once a child is addicted to video games, they would do anything to get it. Also, there are issues related to health, like eyes sight and hearing. Eyes get spoil staring into the screens for long and hearing skills become weak as they then get use to listening to the loud gun shots.

There are many things in violent video games which minors should not watch, for example sexuality. It is not something that the parents would want their teen or child to be looking at in a game. It is their reponsiblity to stop this from happening by looking at what they are getting fro their child. they should not blindly buy what their child wants.
