Spanking can help your child remember what he did was wrong.
I think spanking should be an option. Although I believe it should be an option, I believe it should be a last option.
Of course there is an appropriate age to stop. If you can't hold them in your arms anymore they are obviously to big. If you keep breast feeding the kid they are going to grow up looking at breasts different making him an awkward kid standing out in society. It is recommended that they stopped getting breast fed around their first year.
