It won't help what so ever. All the parents are going to do is put fear into their kids. Kids should never be scared of their parents.
They can punish their kids in a different way. Spanking shouldn't be the first options, it should be the last.

Yes, I agree that if it gets to a certain point you can lightly spank the kid, but never to the point where you're beating the kid.
So, if the child is 13 years old and they still want that milk, you would give it to them? Disgusting.
I believe a woman should stop breastfeeding once the child is about 1 year old, at the most. There's so many problems with this, do you honestly want your child to be ready to go off to Pre-K and ask for "boobie milk" for breakfast? No. Not just that, it just doesn't look right, on the kid and on the mother.
