An arranged marriage is one where two people decide to marry each other after a couple of meetings which their relatives attend. Sometimes it's only one meeting.
It's one where family give advice on whether or not you should marry.

Privatising parks would only increase the costs for the end user so that the shares and pockets of a fatcat can increase.
Privatising it may improve the facilities, keep it cleaner, healthier, rules that are enforced etc. but for a 10% increase in better services it will cost 100% more. Sure, the state will save money, but the people that use the services will not.
A few years ago I used to go to the park 3 times a week. I would've got charged £15 ($30) if it was owned privately. If we were going to be charged to use the park, me and my friends would've stopped going. Infact several hundred people would've stopped. The company would be loosing money, so to make up for it, it'll increase price to £6.50 - instead of just taking a few hundred quid out of their own pockets.
Being privately owned means that the company will only care about the revenue, not the services. They would minimise all costs and maximise all income. That means they're making more and giving less. That's how these companies work. They're not more efficient than governments pound for pound.
