In all likely hood he was a Conservative, this is based off what I've read about him. Regardless of his political affiliation, what he did was a travesty and will have long suffering consequences for the victims and their families. We really need to focus on healing our country instead of trying to divide it further by blaming (without evidence) either side. His crime is his own.
