The clever nations do not fight their adversaries in their own countries. The disruption caused to the many anti American terrorist groups such as ISIS and the Taliban by engaging them in their home turf greatly retards their ability to cause the level of carnage in the U.S. as we've seen in France and the U.K. TAKE THE FIGHT TO THE ENEMY;- ONLY A FOOL WOULD BE UNABLE TO RECOGNISE THE PRUDENCE IN SUCH A STRATEGY.
