I'm not a finance guru, but in reading that legislation, I don't understand how anyone could think that giving ONE MAN total authority over our tax dollars to buy/sell assets as he chooses, for any price he chooses, with NO oversight, NO accountability, and NO legal repercussions is the most prudent thing to do. Why do you think it is?
