We should build because there are people crossing the border (hopping the fence/gate) illegally, meanwhile, there are other people who are getting passports and crossing legally. It takes about 4-6 weeks to get a passport. This is much better then crossing illegally. Yes, they can fly over the wall but there is no where to land.
