Am I right to assume that you believe abortion at any point is to kill a baby?

That is a lot of assumptions you are stating there. At no point did I state that I am a supporter of a political correct progressive movement. The difference of now and then when it comes to women especially since you singled that out that they have way more individual opportunities today than they had 60 years ago, as do we all in the developed countries. I am not bigoted against Christian heritage, I´m simply pointing out that there is not really any difference when you study the bible and the Quran with an objective mind. When you state "actually worked," what do you mean by that, by what definition did what work? I have no insecurities in myself and my views but I am open to developing those views if I´m confronted by intellectual and convincing arguments, which simply you at this point don´t seem to have the capacity to do. A simple suggestion when you´re trying to make a point, there is no need for "you think this" and "you are this," if there are no evidence that your opponent has stated that it is so or he/she believes so. Those sort of remarks can be easily disputed and undermines your whole argument. When you say moral values, what values are there that you speak of? Values that oppress the minority, values that undermines progress through the though pattern that "it is nice for me like this, don´t disturb my universe with change." That change in pattern is the underlying reason we have social, economical and technological progress, that change is the whole reason we can be here to debate about issues that we are passionate about.

The real problem is religion, all religion, christian, muslim, whatever you want to call it, it´s all the same thing just at different moments in time. It makes fools out of the smartest of men. When you say that the world was better 60 years ago I´m assuming you are a straight white middle age man, because if not, life would definitely not have been better for you, you should eleborate what you mark as irresponsible lifestyles as well? Is being homosexual count as an irresponsible lifestyle in your view? Because 60 years ago being gay, black or an unmarried woman were counted as a second class citizen. Is that the world that you miss? Because if it´s not then I think you are stuck in nostalgia which has a very selective memory...

So it´s the democratic party´s fault that individuals decide on having an abortion? I´m not saying I support late term abortions at all, all I´m saying that once you restrict the freedom of choice we are walking down a dangerous path. Would you rather want it to be like in many countries where abortions in general are illigal where people find alternative and dangerous ways to abort, this paternal system where the government knows best for you is bound to fail and has been showcased many times all around the world. I´m a huge supporter of diversity, as well as a supporter of free will and limited government when it comes to personal choices because the other way around leads quickly to authoritarianism.

Don´t be absurd. The presence of a part or all of a third copy of chromosome 21 which causes intilectual disability and delays physical growth that can be detected on the 10th week of the pregnancy, long before it´s viable is not the same as a sexual preference of a healthy functioning individual within society. It´s not like it´s a support of killing viable babies, it´s a support of the woman having a right over her own body before the fetus becomes a baby. Because that´s what it is at that point, a fetus, not a baby, big difference.
