Bullying leads to emotional distinction to people whom are victims. I believe if you cause someone to kill themselves maybe you should be punished with death by the court. Maybe it's crazy, but I know people who have been bullied.... It's not a fun experience. I believe that people don't take responsibility for their actions and due to this if you bully {action} then you should be punished ( responsibility)
