I think China will be the super power of the future.
China has the better economy than the USA. By 2028, China will have the largest economy. It's economy is growing at rapid paces and is already larger than the United States economy by 4%. Also, China is the largest trading nation. China exports items and receives around $2.7 trillion for their exports and imports items for about $16.1 billion. America makes $37.4 billion in exports which is much less than China.
China also has won Military. China has more air crafts, tanks, personal carriers, and mine warfare than the USA. China has about 20 times the amount of these as the United States. Furthermore, China has better manpower than the USA, China is beating them by about 280 million people for manpower.
Finally, China has won again in Political. Countries look up to China for building advanced technology, and also China supplies most countries with supplies. China supplies 124 countries with things and the US supplies 75 countries. Also, China has become more influential in the politics of other countries. About one fifth of the world is of Chinese nationality.
I agree because it also saved many other lives from all around japan that would have to fight in the war.
I disagree because although the bomb had killed many lives, it has saved thousands more from dying in the war. It also saved many lives in Japan and America.
The United States was right to drop bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki because it saved many more lives that would have been killed if World War to continued on. Also it stopped the war from continuing so if the US didn't drop the bomb, the war could still be going on.
I disagree because North Korea has tried to blow up Guam several times and that is an attack, which should worry people.
The USA should be scared of North Korea and Kim Jon-un because they have missiles that considerably could reach the US. Also, they threaten to go to war with the US all the time, and maybe once they will go to war. Finally, every year North Korea tries to blow up Guam and it never works, but it could poteentionally.
If a country is faced with unilateral aggression(military) then the veto power could save the country from such. For example if the USSR hadn't vetoed a decision for ceasefire in Bangladesh in 1971, the country wouldn't have existed and would have gone through countless human rights abuses by West Pakistan. Also, it keeps the world from changing too quickly and general chaos ensuing. For example, if they make drastic changes all the time it could turn right into wrong and left into right. Also an example is if we didn't have veto power and someone wanted to blow up North Korea, they could do so. Since there is veto, this kind of chaos won't occur.
