I agree that the economy is better in china because it is estimated that china's economy is growing 10% in 30 years

1 point

I also agree again because China has been the largest trading nation since 2013

1 point

I agree because China has been the worlds largest exporter since 2009.

Economy

I think the future Super Power of the world will be China. By 2028, China will have the largest economy. Its economy is growing at rapid paces and is already larger than the USA's economy by 4% which China is 16.8 trillion. China is the largest trading nation since 2013. China exports items and receives around $207 trillion and imports items for about 10.1 billion. China has been the worlds largest exporter since 2009.

Military

Chin as military is also a very good one because they have more air crafts, tanks, and they have the best man power. China has 280million more man power than the USA. China has about 20 times the amount of aircraft tanks and man power than the USA. China was also placed first for the world for army main battle tanks.

Political

Countries look up to China for building advanced technology, also China supplies mast countries with supplies. China supplies more countries than the United States. Also about one fifth of the world is of Chinese nationality.

I agree because the US already lost a lot of men so they dropped the bomb so the whole war would be over and so more people would not die so we actually saved a lot of people

1 point

i ALSO AGREE because if the USA did not sent the bomb then it would just lead to a bloody round the clock war

0 points

USA dropping bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was right because,If it was just a bloody round the clock bombing then it would have led to a far higher death toll and so the atomic weapons actually saved thousands of American and millions of Japanese lives. Also, just over 200,000 people were killed in total by the atomic bombs, it is estimated that 300,000–500,000 Japanese people died or disappeared in Soviet captivity. Had the war continued, that number would have been much higher.

I agree but since North Korea has been working on there weapons they could now accomplish there threats.

1 point

I think you should add more information because that could be true but we need a little more information on that.

1 point

I agree North Korea has tried to blow up Guam but it never worked, but North Korea has been working on there equipment and could probably blow up guam now if the want to and any other country. And since they have been working on it they could go to war at any time.

1 point

where did you get your information. And North Korea has been threatening The US for a very long time and has never done anything so why should we be worried right now

1 point

I agree but if North Korea keeps threatening and never does anything about it than maybe they are scared of the US and just try to make us scared of them.

1 point

The US should be concerned about North Korea because North Korea has conducted its sixth nuclear test, threatened to fire off missiles towards the US island territory of Guam and said it might test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean. US officials estimate North Korea has 60 nuclear weapons, whereas independent experts estimate it has enough uranium to produce six new nuclear bombs a year. In September North Korea carried out its sixth nuclear test, this time detonating what it claimed was a hydrogen bomb (also known as an H-bomb). An H-bomb can be 1,000 times more powerful than the atomic bomb the US dropped on Hiroshima in World War II. Also North Korea has been sending threats. This is why the US should be concerned about North Korea.

I agree because when veto power is used every person has to agree with the case and if one person does not then the case will be granted and i personally think that that is unfair do to other peoples personal decisions when the 5 people make there decisions

1 point

In fact 12,000,000 people have died because of veto power

2 points

I agree Eric because people are debating about Veto out side of our class and veto has coast the lives of other people

3 points

There should be no Veto power because the UN should have a very subjective look at the problems and come to an agreement democratically. One country should not be able to stop any changes. 12,000,000 people have died because of veto.
