but the grade helps you get into a better college or graduate school and if they cheat they never learn anything so we get doctors and other professionals that don't know what they are doing.

If you put in all of the hard work, they should not get a better grade. For every one that says that it don't hurt any one except them, you are wrong it hurts the other student for many reasons, like trying to get into college and scholarships, and even who gets the job later in life. Cheating affects every one.
