The LON did their best in disarmament.Hitler's aim was to get back what Germany lost in WW1.LON alone was in no control to stop Hitler.Besides,the LON has already many responsibilty in maintain peace even in other countries.It's not possible to stop Hitler.Therefore,WW2's start was because of Hitler.If there something else had to be accountable for the start of war,it should be the countries that did not cooperate with the LON
