I would advice foreigners not to come but they do...

You would advice foreigners not to come to the land of freedom and opportunity because there is a minuscule chance that they will be the victim of gun violence, something that happens where they live as well?! And what makes foreigners different from people who live here? Do you also advice everyone you meet to move to another country (which also has gun violence).
