I think it would boost the economy. Tax money straight into state and national coffers. And to show all the anti-drug people: Portugal legalized marijuana. Their national income shot up and abuse of drugs actually went down 50%! It would save the government money by trying to catch drug runners and dealers, and they would benefit from the taxes. I wouldn't want to smoke it though. Nasty stuff. Side: Does it stimulate the economy?
I live in Seattle, Washington. Marijuana is 100% legal here for recreational use or whatever. I'm happy to report that there is no terror or widespread violence going on here. Everyone here is stoned as fuck and the sun continues to rise every morning. Thank you. This concludes our weekly test of the emergency broadcast system. aeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
