India has the right to claim disputed territory of Aksai Chin as it lies within Indian area.

China has the right of claim as Aksai Chin falls within Tibet, which is a Chinese territory.

China invaded India, hence its china's fault that there was a war

China invaded the region as it claims the land that is being disputed and should have the freedom to move within the area which India is occupying.

"In late October 1962, when the Western world was consumed with the Cuban Missile Crisis, China's People's Liberation Army assaulted an India military position in the disputed territory of Arunachal Pradesh, routing the poorly-trained Indian forces. A month later, China invaded again before finally calling a unilateral cease-fire on the 21st of November: too late for the 2,000 or so who lost their lives."

The Indian troops were clearly poorly trained and not prepared for war but China still invaded them anyway.

The boundary between China and India was undemarcated and had never been defined by treaty between any Chinese or Indian government, the Indian government could not unilaterally define Aksai Chin's borders.

The Chinese government would also not be able to unilaterally define Aksai Chin's borders then.

It has already been listed under the Chinese boundary since 1893.

China has the right because historically the territory belonged to Ching

That is a unjustified claim, please clarify your claims. Not only that, territories change, what once belongs to you not necessarily is always yours

It has been listed a century ago,but suddenly India listed the boundary under its country in 1954.

India as it falls within the borders set by the British prior to Indian independence in late 1940s.

But historically, the territory belongs to the Qing dynasty, which dates all the way back, even before the British were colonial masters of India.

Yup he's right. It has been listed under China since 1893

Historically the land belongs to China. However it was not clearly reflected on the world map. Therefore India tried to claim ownership over Aksai Chin. So China was forced to go to war.

So, what are you trying to argue? That there wasn't any legitimate boundaries drawn? Is that the true case?
