I think that we should allow Africans emigrate to other countries. First of all, I think that Africans will be one of the cheapest workers. A lot of employers are interested to hire people and pay them lower salary. And Africans will be glad to have it. My dear opponent wrote that Africans are not skilled and expierenced workers. But for a list of jobs there is no need of educated people. And by paying them less country may earn more and it will benefit the country too. And I do not agree with my dear opponents second argument, because we all know that such illness like AIDS is spread only one way. And I don't think that it will have bad influence on other people in the country. Side: yes
Thank you for a good question. The Republic of Kazakhstan has shortage of skilled technician workers. As President Nursultan Nazarbayev have stated "Kazakhstan needs professinals", so if those Africans have special knowledge of some subjects about heavy, light industry etc. WHY should not we let them enter our country? However we do not need some people who would come here just to do the job what local citizens can do. My point is I am for emigration from Africa, but only people with higher-education degrees. I don't even know how stupid some people are to come up with such debate. I am a proud African from the West coast of Africa. My country is called Sierra Leone and we are rich in so many things including natural mineral resources like diamond and gold. We have lots of foreigners coming into our country everyday and they get much more than what they could not get in their home countries. We have lots of Chinese and Indian who are cheap workers hired by their own people from their countries. Most asian women who come here are doing prostitution; so in general sense Asian girls come here for prostitution. But to talk on the topic at hand,I don't know much about Kazakhstan and its people, but little I know is that they are Asian Chinese looking and Russian speaking people who lost most of their cultures including their local language (Kazak) in the hands of Russia, what a pity. Right now they are suffering from bad governance and low salary income and a very poor education system. African don't go to places like Kazakhstan because there are nothing to do there. African are energetic ego and strong talented people on earth. All over the world when you see too many black people in any country then you know that that country is great (US, Europe) African don't need Kazakhstan in anyway. China got its wealth from Africa, everyday thousands of Asia people are running to Africa for better life So please guys do more research about Kazakhstan and shout the fuck up. Side: yes

In Kazakhstan there are a lot of cheap workforce. To increase economy in Kazakhstan, they have to find high qualified people. That's why there is no sense let Africans immigrate to Kazakhstan. All men all over the world need such thing as sex. And I thing that anyway AIDS would spread. As I know, in Kazakhstan there are no way for people that infected AIDS. First of all I want to criticize my dear opponents second argument. I don't think that in Kazakhstan Africans will not have a big demand. Because Kazakhstan is an Islamic country and for those country girl's honor takes the highest position, because it influence the honor of the whole family!! And I do not think that she will be interested in service of some African! And especial paid services! And Africans are not interested too.. As I said before the traditions are the most important think and if there is smth between African and Kazakh woman her family will not just unlooked at it. Even if Africans won't be in great demand at women or men there are such places, as public houses. And if men Africans use them they will infect prostitutes, and prostitutes will infect clients who live in Kazakhstan and have wives and consequently wives and so on will be infected. As my experience specifies that people who living in Kazakhstan not so follow the traditions, as in the Arabian countries. And there are women who like black people. Therefore I think that Africans will have though also small, but nevertheless demand at women. You are indeed Ignorant! Aids is all over the world including your beloved Kazakhstan. Africans are people from all over the African nation. West -Guniea, North-Algeria, East-Ethiopia and South- South Africa. These people are in all shape, sizes and colors, but they are Africans. Kazakhastan are Asiatic people. No way will the Whole view them as white. Kazakhastan people are of many colors as well. To bring Africans in the conversation with negative views are ignorant and dumb. Africa is the richest continent on the planet and the people are the oldest, not to mention, all HUMANS came from Africa. Africa gold, oil, diamonds etc alone make them a rich people. Africa is also the land in which all other nations steals from. I think if you watch to many tv shows, all you will get is negative views on Africa. Nigeria is the wealthiest country in Africa. Whites tend to show Africa as a backwards place with hungry people all over the place. (laugh) this is done on purpose to oppress the people and to keep control of the place which enable whites to steal more of their resources. Africa is modern and have homes, infrastructures, policies like any other nation. I am American, I would not like my son to mix with Kazakhstan because of the Asian look, however I am not racist, its just I don't like the eyes and Asian genes are strong. But, I would not discriminate a Kazakhstan if they chose to live in America, nor would I any culture of people. Hate is dangerous and Ignorant. In my point of view we should not allow to Africans emigrate from Africa to other countries. First, the governments are interested to find highly skilled workers with high level of skills and knowledge. In my opinion among Africans living in the homeland not so many highly skilled experts, as an educational level much lower than in the developed countries. Besides there is an opinion that Africans aren't considered such hardworking as Indians or Chinese. Their are a lot of Africans that are very ,very smart and educated I met some , a doctor from Africa said that the middle class in some parts of Africa live better than we do in America , not to mention that country has been devastated for more than 1000 years or more from what i research. There are some that our playing American Football, Head-up the United Nation,My doctor is from Africa,and very good at his practice;However Indian women are hot and so are the Chinese women not all . We should not allow any nation immigrate to our country. As folk wisdom says "You get worn and torn in the place you were born". African countries' governments need to build strong states where their citizens can work and live normally. Of course it is not an easy process but it will help them to decrease the level of mortality and stop the brain drain. Nowadays the level of unemployment in Kazakhstan is 5,7 %. There are about 500 000 jobless people. We have professionals that are Kazakhstan's citizens and government must think about them firstly. Secondly, our country is not suitable for Africans. Humans are made to adapt to different weather conditions and Africans are the most appreciative about the differences in cultures seeing as how there are hundreds of cultures that exist on the African continent, in my view if you have someone who is skilled and is competent enough to do a task you should give them the opportunity, you have Kazakhs working in other parts of the world and they go back to Kazakhstan to help the economy, Africans do the same thing.
