Should women be able to perform the same duties as men in the military?

As long as they are able to perform the same, then yes... but they would have to be willing to share everything with the men in some circumstances... like in battle. It wouldn't seem practical to me to have separate living quarters, for example, for women all the time. Side: Yes they should
The only way they should be allowed is if they are capable of performing at the same levels as the men. Lets face it, this will happen very rarely if ever, not to be sexist but almost all women will not be able to perform at the same level of combat. If a woman who could not do so was put into combat, it will cost mens lives that didn't need to be lost. Side: Yes they should
okay now how are they supposed to know what women can and can't do if they don't try them out. I know tons of women that can take on a man in a battlefield with their eyes closed, myself included. I practice and do all sorts of things like climbing walls and strength games including paintball shooting and war games. I go to target practice 2x a week and can shoot you in the head with only one try. This is all fun for me and I don't want to be in the military but whose to say there aren't more women like me who can take this on? Side: No thats impossible
This is war, it isn't some paintball game, a failed experiment results in death, not some paint on your clothes. And nothing you do even compares to combat, Rock climbing? Target practice? Either way there are not very many women who will be able to hold their own in combat, don't forget that they will have to be able to carry more than 100 pounds of gear and on a weight to loadout scenario nearly all women who can pass the physical exams will be severely disadvantaged. I don't think the problem lies so much with women, as it does with man's instinctual tendency to protect women which can interfere with the Mission objective. This is the most convincing reason, I think, for not allowing women into combat roles. Although I do think that some women are just as combat capable as men. Side: No thats impossible
Although I believe that women who can actually be of use in combat should be allowed, I also believe that it would be impossible to actually determine this and if a few women were allowed in, that would create space for feminists to say that all women should be allowed to fight, when all they will do is cost lives of both men and women. Probably also includes themselves. Side: No thats impossible

Nothing is sexist or racist when its true, statistically speaking there are very very few women who will be able to even get close to the physical abilities required by the military and maybe those few should be allowed to fight, but otherwise it is ridiculous to worry about something "sounding" sexist when there are peoples lives on the line. Side: No thats impossible
