Where did Battlestar Galactica jump the shark?

Is anyone not a Cylon?

While I think it was a gutsy bit of writing, once the fleet landed on New Caprica the show started to lose it. Starbuck and Apollo because so neurotic and flawed it was painful. Seeing Starbuck die was a relief because I was tired of watching her bitchy mood swings show after show.

Exodus was one of those episodes that had me screaming at the TV. I was so enthralled. The Steve Miller song has me a bit worried. The revelation of 4 of the 5 Cylons was the aspect of that line though. So I will give them a wide berth. Dumping Cally out the airlock was a wow moment also. It could be Farscape(killing the main characters, brilliant) or it could be The Prisoner(an ending that jumped the shark).

Have them reach Earth with a Basestar jumping into space just as they get there and doing a massive weapons fire.

Every time the show started lagging, they seemed to show an episode that made it great again. Boring landing on caprica, women forced into pregnancy. New Caprica politics, freedom fighters. The thing that seems like jumping the shark at the moment is Starbuck coming back from the dead. If they can't come up with a good explanation besides her being a cylon, then consider it jumped.

No idea but its a freakin awesome show with some kickass chicks.

That's assuming that BSG has actually jumped the shark at all

Frankly, I'm still right on board. Season 4 has been awesome, and I'm stoked to see where it goes in the next dozen episodes. Sure, there have a few filler episodes over the seasons - Black Market and The Woman King come to mind, yet there were still things to enjoy even then. But name me a series that didn't have a few less than stellar episodes over a period of 80 odd programs?

So say we all?
