Duh!!!If people read more, they would beable to make better decisions and be more informed about anything and everything.Reading is a gift. What was precious in the past has been lost today.

Parasites and all blood-sucking creatures are a threat today. Now vampires will pose an even greater threat because they're much more intelligent than mosquitoes. Us humans have always been used to topping the food chain, and we'd definitely clash. Talk about modern day Van Helsing.

Ofcourse the people performing pornography are adulterers. You're cheating on your partner in a mental sense.

1 point

It should because it can be harmful, just like any other drug. Furthermore, its popularity has risen and if its use is abused, people can get hurt.

1 point

The difference is that the thing cannot speak. Cruelty is a form of abuse. Things can be abused.

Hell no...I'd be the one standing out there with the damn kid.

This was sooo difficult. I say cars because I use it to drive to the store to get my modem, my computer and all. My car could help in an emergency more than the internet- in driving to the hospital.etc

Its about both lust and power and many more sinister things...its about control, sometimes hatred, evil desires, I shouldn't know :)

We have plenty of room. It seems overcrowded as people choose to create huge colonies in places with fewer resources and they don't like sharing.

It is scientifically proven that men and women are different, both emotionally and physically.Having different backgrounds has to do with everyone but gender does not.Important qualities offered by parents of different genders stimulates the child.

1.Ummm...wheres the happy meter? I would think gay couples have greater challenges.2.The offspring isn't totally theirs. They just try harder cause they feel guilty the child doesn't have a father, per say.3.Children dont always turn into rebels, they have a greater chance of doing that with their homosexual parents because of the pressure they face.Stating a fact isn't denouncing my argument.

1 point

Thats what my side says...read. Everyone loves their children but its not only their child.

1 point

Yeah, but they should learn how to drive at around this age. In the case of an emergency, they should be allowed to drive a car. Whether we like it or not, 16 year olds are driving...alot

According to the creator of this debate, they have. This is a fact.

I could see them if I tried, but I have no such desire. Only their productions interest me.

I am sorry to hear that you have faced such difficulties, especially with someone you care about. However, she is your "ex," and that shows that proves my points. Every rape victim needs therapy. She could have done a better job avoiding it, as it happened again. Even this shows her need for assistance. I do not imply an abnormality in a physical sense alone. I say that for the well-being of the child, heterosexuals would truely enrich the child. The qualities of males and females, as you know are different and the child should be exposed to parenting from both of them. They should not be denied of this. If you look at the overall chances between homosexual and heterosexual birth defects, they lean towards homosexuals. After experiencing what you've been through, you can see how the situation of your ex can affect the children negatively. Once again, I sympathise.

1 point

I am not disputing your first sentence. I would think it incorrect for a girl, after experiencing such brutality, to date a girl. It shows that she is still traumatised and her experience has created a bias. She is trying to avoid anything related to the crime. This shows more therapy is needed for her to overcome and take care of her baby. Not all men are that way. The circumstances in which one procreates is imperical in the development of the child. Freedom of speech, and this entire debate forum gives me the right to emphasize my points, and notice the lack of vulgarity in my words. I wish the children happiness and enrichment.

They are accredited with the facts, not me. The people I've mentioned in the text.

They do grow with differences, they see it all around them and they should not be subject to this, as children. The worldwide statistics show that heterosexuals grow better children. 1.The sex of marriage partners does not determine the strength or fights of the marriage. Homosexuals dispute quite frequently. Just because they share the same sex doesn't mean they know each other better. 2.There is no conclusive evidence to say that homosexuals agree better than heterosexuals. They are a minority and thus their marriage trends are lower than heterosexuals. Nurturing and discipline does not depend on the agreement of parents but rather their values. 3. Children don't need to adjust in their own homes. This better parental relationship with children has nothing to do with them being homosexual, but it has to do with the character of the parents and the love they exume. To claim that heterosexual parents do not give off the same bond of love and values is illogical. The greatest people were born from heterosexual parents.

There have been documented accounts of the transfer of the ark from generation to generation, from scripts that we have used to study things like medicine.etc These are reliable sources of history, and reminants of the ark is claimed to be found. The freemasons had it in their posession, according to them. A huge ship documented in centuries of history provides facts. Scientists have geological evidence of a great flood that took place.

You're correct, Kakashi's character is the best. Without his looks, moves and sense, the Naruto storyline wouldn't have much support.

A gold, irresistable ring that can give you all the power you need is definitely better than twigs. The ring wasn't the most important thing; it was the greater theme of struggling to find peace and justice.

The likes of Dragonball Z and Naruto brings a whole new experience to anime. Its exhilirating and not cliche. Tom and Jerry is entertaining and Ben 10 is cool but DBZ and Naruto tops it in terms of creativity and content.

The winners are those who are strong enough to last. I'm mostly a quitter.

1 point

This is an inspirational saying. Some people stop going very close to the finish line, and thus they don't win. It comes down to perseverence and patience, and the winners are those who are.

We fear the unknown, and this fear must be lost for us to live creative lives and progress.

It seems that the US government would have us think so, them building spaceships and all. However, together with inconclusive evidence of life, people are chasing dreams when they believe in extraterrestrials. Millions of dollars are spent on space exploration when there are better uses for it at home. How many people are homeless and dying? We need to wake up to the reality around us. Sometimes we chase big dreams and forget the important stuff.

Homosexuals will never beable to procreate. They need men, whether they like it or not. They shouldn't reproduce because this causes problems for the child and the child will blame them in the long run. A child should beable to gain insight from both sexes and this is what makes a strong family, together with it being highly moral.

The system created in our modern world, in which we are surrounded by institutions, really does work us into the ground. My family is testament to that. This restricts us greatly so that we don't have time to enrich ourselves or have time to think life through. It's one rush to the next and we lose ouselves on the way. That's what the people on top want though: Obedient workers.

Recently, the conflict in Palestine is regarded as apartheid. I recommend the documentaries "Jerusalem:East side story" and "Roadmap to Apartheid" to emphasise my points. The arguments to the left are not well-researched and are results of propaganda. The UN have found Israel guilty of human rights violations, ethnic cleansing.etc.Palestinians have suffered for over 50 years with military occupation.Israel is heard but not their voices. Currently, settlements are being built on stolen land of Palestinians. They are the victims of a war the Israeli government started and the hatred and exclusion of them is wrong by the greatest standards. There are countless issues, facts and agendas of the Israeli government which are wrong and which the media wishes to conceal. Open up your eyes and research it for yourself. The truth is all there, the facts do not lie as much as some would like to deny it.

The fact that the ark was created is a miracle in itself and so should the survival of the animals be considered. Ever heard of shipping animals? Watch Madagascar...It is said the ark had various compartments and the flood could not have lasted long. According to the religious texts, Noah did everything congruently under inspiration.

Creating all this expectation, results in disappointment and inconvenience.

Birthdays are, in my opinion, overrated. It's blowing your own horn and it creates such anxiety and anticipation, especially for young kids. Since we are everyday getting closer to our death, we should spend everyday profitably. In the past, birthdays were not celebrated to this extent today. We watch too many movies and are just in love with the fantasies they cut out for us.

1 point

These are called facts . . . (50 characters???!!!!) Absolute truths are the undistorted facts and statistics in life. Absolute truths exist because these are things that we rely on in life to try and make sense of other things which confuse us. They are the constants.

It certainly seems immoral.I have smacked a child for disrespectfulness and only ended up feeling disrespectful myself. It cannot be moral to hit a being so helpless, knowing that the event will traumatise them. A child is quite innocent and in order for adults to make them respectful, they must show and teach respect, I've realised.

There are various ways and levels of severity in which one can interpret:"emotionally breaking a person." Depending on how severe it is, such as harassment, hate speech.etc, a suitable punishment is given. However, emotional issues are dealt with differently than physical crimes because they can be resolved.eg.through forgiveness. Certain physical crimes cannot be healed with time. Even if it were a crime to "emotionally break" a person, most of the population would be guilty. The court would not have a clear criteria anyway. Emotionally breaking a person is criminal in all our minds, but making it a crime in a court of law leaves room for error.

From the viewpoint of the poor, which I share, expensive clothes are unnecessary. How would you feel if you had scarcely anything to eat, and there are people around you, who can help you, but who are rather spending their money on expensive clothes? However, decent and beautiful clothes can be bought at affordable prices, supporting local markets.
