Immigration laws are stupid. It takes years for people in foreign countries to get visas and citizenship legally, but it only takes an evening to get here illegally. Immigration laws need to be changed so that entering the U.S. legally is way more good-looking than coming illegally.
There may be a lot of teenagers who vote based on superficial thinking, but there are a lot of adults who do the same thing. Maybe not during the presidential elections, but look at state representative elections. There are some adults who vote for senators and representatives based on how many lawn signs they see on the way to the voting booth or other ways like that. Voting isn't mandatory in the U.S., and it shouldn't be viewed in that sense. People should vote only if they have looked at the candidates' policies thoroughly.
Why would I pay for some service that the airline should supply for free? Why do the airlines need more money anyways? Don't they already make a ton by charging people for food and stuff?
The government could make so much money if they just make it legal. First, they won't have to spend a lot of money trying to stop it. Trying to stop it this way is obviously not working. Second, the U.S. could make marijuana just another commodity. They could tax the use or the purchase of marijuana and actually make money.
However, it's probably in the best interest for the whole country if smoking pot in public is banned. Doing it at home is still the same as doing it outside.
No. Why should I give up my wearing of hoodies for some stupid people? It's another form of discrimination. Associating hoodies with bad behavior and violence is wrong.
While I disagree with some of the statements made by that guy, I believe that America needs to address its problems now. There's a long list of issues, and it seems that Congress takes forever to fix something. Most of the time, it gets it wrong anyways.
I think that people outside of the U.S. will most likely remember him for his music, but Americans, specifically younger Americans remember the other side of him. (that child-molesting side)
If the school makes the parents pay, then ban school uniforms.
