Is Big Foot Actually Snorlax?

The way Big Foot disappears for extended periods of time, does seem to indicate unusual sleeping/hibernation patterns. So what do you think?

To determine whether Big Foot is actually Snorlax, it is necessary to first define what we understand by the term "Big Foot".

Reports from sightings of Big Foot have indicated that is is "a large hairy ape-like creature, ranging between 6–10 feet (2–3 m) tall, weighing in excess of 500 pounds (230 kg), and covered in dark brown or dark reddish hair".

According to Bulbapedia, Snorlax has a height of 2.1 m and 460 kg. This puts it in the same height range as a Big Foot but double the weight. However, I believe this discrepancy may be explained by the uncontrolled eating habits of Snorlax, which can be seen from its unruly eating in the Pokemon TV show. In one episode where Ash won a cycling competition, Snorlax ate up ALL of the food given as a prize! Such a trend implies that Snorlax is actually Big Foot, whose long estrangement from humanity has caused it to become clinically depressed and induced it to turn to food as a relief. It is hence very likely that Snorlax and Big Foot are the same creatures.

Snorlax's body is composed of mostly its belly, where most of its fat reserves accumulate. It wakes up only to eat and seldom exercises. Its head is also large, and it has two pointed teeth sticking out. Its feet, with three claws and a circular brown paw pad, are extremely large compared to most Pokémon, assisting its balance when it chooses to stand. Its arms and foreclaws are short, but are long enough for Snorlax to grab its food and eat it, and strong enough to deliver powerful blows. It is usually dark blue or green in color.

Snorlax spend the majority of their time sleeping, surviving on their stored fat. Many Snorlax only awaken once a month, spending their waking time finding more food. A hungry Snorlax isn't satisfied until it consumes 900 pounds of food, and then it goes back to sleep. If one ever sees a sleeping Snorlax, he or she should not wake it up, because these Pokémon become very grumpy if their peaceful dreams become interrupted.

I believe that it simply has big feet and therefore leaves behind big footprints, is rarely seen due to its habit of hibernating and most humans who have seen it have been stomached by it, hence the lack of witnesses. furthermore, with its thick fat, there is no surprise it is seen in snowstorms and the like. Finally, it can learn Ice attacks from generation I-IV, therefore being able to whip up snowstorms around its habitat, and maybe even a preference for such places.

Whatever. This is absoutely rubbish. I've had trouble catching Snorlax all along. It always burst out of my pokeball. WASTE MY INVENTORY. Poke balls are very expensive you know, 200 poke dollars each. Whats so good about snorlax anyway? All it does is to eat and sleep. Only know how to anyhow body slam people

Yes it is! Both are fictional characters. One cannot even justify the very existence of Big Foot. Snorlax.. well it's just a Pokemon character that clearly doesn't exists.

racheldou,

The north american forests are INSIDE the Pokemon world. We all live in the Pokemon world.

you see, in Pokemon videogames, countries such as Russia and the US have been referenced by the global syndicate Team Rocket. Similarly, there have been other references in other forms of media, such as the cartoon, where references to North america are made. Therefore, the pokemon and the real world are the same.

Does Snorlax have a BIG FOOT?

NO. Hahaha.

Does Big Foot live in a pokeball?

According to the show broadcast on television, Snorlax appears to be a creature which sleeps a lot but apparently, it does not have a really big foot in contrast to its body size.

Snorlax is a huge creature, that is why it is very difficult to catch Snorlax with a pokeball. Big creature = big head, big body and BIG FOOT.

How do you know that Bigfoot does not live in a Pokeball? Have you caught Bigfoot yet?

Given your style of logic equating similarities of two things to be the same, then yes, Snorlax is Bigfoot.

Big Foot does not exist in the Pokeworld.

According to that television program, there is no such creature.

Maybe Big Foot is Snorlax in your world!

Watch me take this all serious-like. The Snorlax's plantigrade extremities are not similar to the Bigfoot's. We could easily compare the track marks allegedly left by Bigfeet and Snorlaxuseses trails and immediately conclude that they are not of the same population.

Snorlax? Had to google it (that's a first!).

No. Big Foot is most likely a mutated bear, or a human with hypertrichosis.

i disagree with the possibly that snorlax is Bigfoot, and I'll explain.my first reason for this being is that Snorlax has a round shape body with green colored skin, with a height of 6,11 and weighing about 1014 pounds.Bigfoot's body is proprotion closely resembling a human shape, also with a body covered all over with hair and about a height of 6-10 feet with a weight of 500 pounds.another reason i believe Snorlax to not be Bigfoot is the fact that Snorlax doesn,t have great speed for its size.on the other hand with Bigfoot-for its large size,

is very nimble.lastly Bigfoot and Snorlax foot prints are very distinctive.one being Snorlax has a more rounded foot with little sharp claws at the tip and Bigfoot foot print appears to be similar to a human being foot but with sizes ranging from 15-20 feet.with all of this being said it could easy be seen that these two are not one of the same and that those reasons that were mentioned early, that connect them present some flaws.
