There of course are no such things as gods. You might as well ask, can Santa Claus murder? Can Zeus? How about Odin? But if you mean that creepy bulky Yahweh from the Torah, hell yeah. God punished Pharaoh after he cruelly enslaved the Jews, and refused to let them leave Egypt. It was less than Pharaoh and Egypt deserved, God would have been within His right to kill them all, man, woman, child, and every animal they owned. Evil has to be put down or it will put you down. One day God is going to overturn all of the Kingdoms of this world, and the blood will run as deep as the horse's bridle, and it looks like the 200 million man army with horses foretold in Revelation will be China as they boast of being able to field that many soldiers now and they have the horses ready to go. And by the way, all of those babies who died because of Pharaoh's defiance of God's demand that he let the Jews leave Egypt, they all went to heaven, God has them. Nowhere in the bible does it say the murdered kids went to Heaven. that is your opinion only. Also the whole pharaoh story makes zero sense and paints out your old Hebrew sky god to be even more psychotic. After all: why would he harden pharaoh's heart? Why not leave it alone so the pharaoh capitulated during the first or second or even fifth plague? Only your idea of God is a murderer. He is your invention. Your dilusion. You think that God can cast whomever into hell because he created life. I'll try once again as nicely as I can to explain it logically for you as it is difficult for me to give up hope on anybody that it is possible they may receive the truth if I can only find the wording which will trigger their spirit to realize God cannot lie and has provided fully for their salvation in eternal life. Not only did God create life, but those He created in His own image turned, like you are now, against Him. You are suffering the consequences of going against Him in breaking His law, walking on death row, dying, condemned. God is reluctant to leave you dying, so He's giving you time to believe on His only begotten Son who died for you so you can be saved by His life if you will believe from your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. You see, by nature you are a sinner, unholy, and unfit to be in God's Heaven where no unrighteousness dwells. God Himself paid with His own blood your price in death to buy you back from the natural consequences you are bound by as a sinner. If you will receive the Lord Jesus Christ, God the Son, as your Savior, His blood will be the covering for your sins and you will be His property, bought and paid for by His blood. If you don't want to be owned by God but rather you disown Him as being your Creator, He has every right to leave you dying in Hell forever. Your blood is on your own head if you will not believe. Thanks for the comment, and I think you are on the realistic track here. God Himself is the standard, there is nobody who can hold God to any standard. We all fall short, we are all sinners who deserve to be killed by God as He created us to be holy with Him, not to be sinners against Him.
