Why?
As of late I have noticed that the atheists that use this site have become temperamental with the idea/concept of God. And its not just any divine being, but it is specifically Jesus Christ, the God of the Bible. Is it just me or do you too notice that the regular atheistic response has become heightened? There has been more slandering, more scoffing, more anger, and more hatred towards us Christian. Why? My opinion is that they know that they are wrong. My opinion is that they know that God exists. My opinion is that Jesus of Nazareth is Lord and Savior of all and that atheists are just now coming to realize that the very thing that they have set their hearts on and have tried so hard to disprove was real all along and that they knew it without knowing it. They refuse to admit that God's judgement is real. They refuse to admit that they are sinful. Why? Pride.
The reason why most atheists are starting to hate us or get angry at us is because its what God prophesied and its becoming true. Jesus was hated, a lot of people were angry at him. Its no surprise how they are acting to me and other Christians, and the reason why they won't admit that God exists is because they don't want to change because when they see they are wrong then they will realize they need Jesus but then they won't accept Him into their life and they don't want to be saved by Him that's the reason why. I also notice that atheists continually ask us Christians to prove that God exists they probably secretly want proof then they can believe it!!! which is what they want to do. I also noticed anger slander bad language, and no intelligent comment just ridicule when I asked the to prove that God doesnt exist they cant do it either Of course. Why would we not want to go to heaven? Do you think most people want to live an alright life on Earth, with all the war and problems, and TAXES and all this crap, then just die after 80 years? It'd be sooo much better to live forever in HEAVEN. I mean, I don't really like the Bible as a book, but I don't think a real god would be anything like Yahweh or Jesus. I would expect more of a deist "all-god" sort of being. But no, I don't expect immortality or a god to exist. If there was proof, of course I would. I would happily embrace such a notion, if there was only proof. It just seems like such an unrealistic story, coupled with war and hate and oppression and all these horrible things, it feels like because religion ISN'T true, it's not a good thing. If it was true... then it would be true. I would have to accept it even if I didn't like it. But you gotta show me proof or I won't believe in that stuff! Is it just me or do you too notice that the regular atheistic response has become heightened? Perhaps more Atheists have joined the site, more are becoming interested. Or perhaps less Christians or theists feel the need to debate the topic. Though maybe you're right. Maybe Atheists are getting increasingly spiteful on this site. If so, shouldn't we also look at what may be causing them to get so spiteful? There has been more slandering, more scoffing, more anger, and more hatred towards us Christian. Why? My opinion is that they know that they are wrong. My opinion is that they know that God exists. My opinion is that Jesus of Nazareth is Lord and Savior of all and that atheists are just now coming to realize that the very thing that they have set their hearts on and have tried so hard to disprove was real all along and that they knew it without knowing it. They refuse to admit that God's judgement is real. Do you do the same with other religions deities? Certainly the same hostility many Christians show other religions can then be argued as evidence that they know deep down that they're wrong and the other religion they're hostile towards is right. ...Right? They refuse to admit that they are sinful. Why? Pride. Mistakes/faults are basically the equivalent of "sin" in the secular world. And I really don't know anyone who refuses to admit they do not make mistakes or have faults. Though I'm sure there is someone out there who does refuse to admit it. Many won't admit they "sin" because "sin" is such a loaded word, and heavily connected to religion. But the equivalent, or if you are very descriptive (ask them if they've ever been too prideful, greedy, lustful, etc), many of them will admit this. And the last thing to note, the taboos in one culture may be different in another. I've certainly become more hostile since I started seeing Christians like Srom and Lolzors calling the god of Islam, Allah, a moon god. It's not true. If they can lie so boldly, then declare statements like "I'll believe in creationism NO MATTER WHAT" and then tell me I'll suffer forever for not believing... it's just. Horrible. I mean, why would they lie or believe things that are so clearly not true? It's not even in the realm of "god vs science", where a supreme force MIGHT actually have created the universe. This is pure creationism and malice in the form of pitiful mercy. It's sick. And then Jesus has a wife. A wife. It's like, well, that's great, but then people start denying it, as if the Bible wasn't assembled from exactly the same sort of fragments... It is just awful, and then I am bored, and feel like ranting. I don't think I've actually ever felt any real anger, but I do love ranting, so I will do so. My opinion is that Jesus of Nazareth is Lord and Savior of all and that atheists are just now coming to realize that the very thing that they have set their hearts on and have tried so hard to disprove was real all along and that they knew it without knowing it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Typical Christian logic, coming from the guy who said he'd sacrifice his own child if he thought god told him to. Yes. I am not a slave to my own will but of the will of God. If He chooses for me to do such things then I cannot deny this. - lolzors93 Yeah. I'm sure I secretly believe in unicorns too. BUT I WILL DENY IT AND HATE UNICORNISTS FOR IT TOO. GRRRR FUCK UNICORNS >=OOOOOOOOOOO Your religion mostly depends on the society you grow up with or your early influence. I was raised in a society filled with Muslim, Christian and Buddhist.. I chose Buddhist. I wasnt forced.. I just feel a deep sense of connection towards it. Partially because of my Chinese blood which make me feel at home in an Asian environment. Religion is a connection that exist between you and your spirituality. If it benefits you then no one should change that. Religion does not define your worth but what you choose to do. I do not deny that Jesus is the son of God. However, I disagree with the bible whole-heartedly. I admire God's work but not the bible. I dont know why. There is so much I can relate to when I look at the running cheetahs and bees pollinating but absolutely zero when i read the bible. There are many pagan deities in the past but the deadliest is him. I speak not from logic but what I feel and I believe my answer comes from my soul. 1
