Yes I believe they do, if we have an overpopulation in the millions and we as a country and community we can provide for the children we are making, we should have to limit our selves on how much we can have, if we aren’t going to control our selves then the government has to step in and control for us, it’s not their fault that it’s has to happen it’s all on us not being able to see what’s happening and control our selves, if you believe that they shouldn’t be able to then we will eventually get to a point to where we aren’t going to have the food to feed our children. It’s the right thing for everyone for the government to step in and try to control some of us.
