The U.S....because...well...we are the U.S. Besides, when the poop hits the fan, well, we are much taller people. Chinese people are very short, and therefore we will seem so large they will run away.

I am trying to think of another system that has helped more people rise from the ashes of poverty....? Hmmmm...can seem to find one.
