They aren't violating the 4th amendment. The courts made it legal for schools to search students. By searching students, that doesnt mean for just drugs. When students might present reasonable danger to the atmosphere of a school, schools have the right to search and make the environment safe for EVERYONE. Searching of your lockers is totally logical. It is property of a public, government funded school. School is meant to be a safe, educational environment. Not where you can store your pot and weapons. They obviously have to have reasonable suspicion for the search. Could be as simple as acting weird, glossy eyes, stuff like that. It isnt a violation of anyone's rights. They aren't doing it just to "kill your vibe".

It's about keeping everyone safe. That's the point of The Declaration, The Constitution, The Emancipation. To keep YOU safe.
