I think Murder is worse by a big margin, because the intent to kill someone else is worse than the intent to kill yourself. Also, in the event of murder, sometimes you don't want to die, whereas in suicide, you do want to die.

As long as we have to pay taxes to pay for healthcare, we should make everybody as healthy as possible. Any way we can support that cause should go into effect. I support jwitter's argument.
