Even if it develops, the child still has to be carried and cared for. Its a personal thing, and something not everyone wants. Who is anyone to say what you can't do with your body, especially if it is going to be carrying another human for 9 months. I just believe in choice and human rights. (and by human rights, i mean the right to privacy, and the same right to law)
it should always be legal. what if the mother cant handle a baby? its traumatizing, what you have to go through. Its very taxing on the body, and accidents happen, horrible things happen. It should always be a decision because at the end of the day, a living baby and a fetus are very very different things.
Movies are really nice because you get to see your character play out themselves. you don't have as much imagination with them, but being able to see them and bring them to life, and have words and a visual to go with them makes the story more interesting. also, if your someone who likes to read a book fast or in one sitting (like me) your more paced with movies, it has a start and end time so you can enjoy it.
books are nice because you get detail through writing, like you can hear it. you get to use your imagination and shape that character to a limit and you get to visualize yourself what they would look like and how they show emotions. also, in books it pays more attention to the surroundings and has more detail and is straightforward to what the character is thinking and or feeling.
I appreciate the evidence, but your comment on correlation and historical context doesn't sit right with me. I just see history as an even stronger reason to not believe in global warming, seeing how drastically the earth could change and how things changed with it.
