Do "Good" and "Evil" Exist?
What is good and what is evil? Who decides which is which? What is good to one person may be evil to another. So do good and evil actually exist, or is it all perception?

It's a difficult question, but I think I have defined morality in a way where it is not subjective but objective. Basically, you can measure morality by the net loss or gain of lives. By killing a serial murderer, you can safely assume you have saved the lives of his future victims, whoever they may be. But if you kill a charity founder or a fireman, it's safe to assume that, by killing them, you have indirectly caused the deaths of whoever they would've saved in the future. This gets very complicated and nearly impossible to actually put into practice without the ability to see into the future, but I think it's a fair definition of "Good" and "Evil" Side: They Exist

Can you legitimately prove that god exists? I don't think you can. You can use that same old, worn-out excuse; "Just look around. God made the universe, so its existence proves his." That is a very lame excuse. If that were true then who is to say that it was /your/ god that made it all? Side: They Are Illusion

Sure. Doing 'good' is doing what you feel is morally or ethically right. Doing 'evil' is the opposite. Sure, 'good' and 'evil' are pretty much labels, because the concepts could easily be known as 'hugra' and 'lavi' (made those up..). But the idea is the same. Side: They Exist

Good and evil are only concepts. They do not exist in nature. They were created by humans, for humans. The natural world doesn't adhere to the "laws" of good and evil. You don't see animals going around prosecuting each other for killing, do you? I think not. If killing is evil then it shouldn't be done in nature but it is. Side: They Are Illusion
