Earth or Space Exploration?
Should we be investing the majority of our resources into exploring the unreached areas of our own planet (the deep sea, caves, uncharted parts of the surface, etc...) or should we invest in space exploration (everything from the contents of our own system to deep space)? Which would you deem more important/valuable and for what reasons?

OK, this is so obvious, space. Right now we have all of our eggs (people / humanity) in one basket (planet Earth). We need to get some people off this planet so that when the end comes, it won't really be the end ;) Now, since it takes a long time to get to a planet like Mars, the travelers will need entertainment. Also, since it only takes one man, a bunch of women and some alcohol to repopulate a planet, I am willing to sacrifice myself to go to Mars with a bunch of hot movie actresses and some beer ;) Side: Space
