Having embassies, (diplomatic relations)? Yes. I don't however think we should be lifting any sanctioned until these new diplomats have much discussion and come up with some real progress on human rights, etc. An embassy, ambassador, and diplomacy are good first steps. Now let's let all of them do their work before doing anything else. But yeah. I'd like to see an American embassy in every country in the world. If we don't have communication at that level, how can anything ever be expected to change? Side: Yes
