Preamble, 7 articles, 27 amendments highly flawed?

In my opinion any sytem will fail, they are statistaclly trying to predict the results of humans without acknowledging each one of these humans has a mind and different opinions. There is too many things that can change the outcome to try and control through a system.

The description is a bit confused. Do you mean to say that the American constitution is highly flawed? That having a constitution in general is or that law in general is?

I'm advocating freedom. This society is already a darwinist one, you see homeless people on the streets dieing yet it's irrelevent why not fulfill the extent of survival of the fittest, in the beginning of humans we had no systems and we over time formed what we have now. Say it was to happen again maybe the outcome result would be for the best rather than what we have created now.

Well you identify that people dying on the streets is negative. Without a society this one of many problems that would be worse. The weak (children, the sick, the elderly, disabled etc), those that can't fend for themselves, would be in a much worse position: they'd only be able rely on their families if they had them and if their families were able to provide that support.

Another argument for the existence of society is that the dominant person shouldn't merely be the physically strongest. If the person who gets the most food and resources is, like in the animal world, the most vicious then it leaves little room for advancements. The more intelligent, but physical weak people, would not be able to achieve at all.

What you're advocating is us being cavemen again.

I didn't say that was negative what so ever, i said to society it was irrelevant. In my opinion that would be a better thing the weak would die off only leaving the strong and then humanity will thus advance from there on out. I'm not implicating the idealism of us becoming cavemen again, that's impossible because we as humans already have knowledge that can be applied in a society that has no government. According to your logic during the great depression when the government had no power we all became cavemen..? that statement makes no sense.

There was still a 'system' or a government (I think you're using the words synonymously) during the great depression. It wasn't anarchy. People still went to prison when they broke laws, the ill were still treated, there was still a parliament. Still state schooling and childcare. From what I understand you would like a world without all that. To me, I'm quite glad I can walk down the street without being killed and that I can work in a public school and attend a public university.

I agree all Governments will fail because for them not to they would have to please all of the people all the time which is impossible. The only alternative though is Anarchy, I like the idea of peaceful Anarchy as advocated by many Punks in the 80's unfortunately I am realistic enough to know that this wont work as there will always be someone who will abuse the system and try and control others its Human nature there will always be leaders and followers that's why Anarchy and Socialism/Communism doesn't work in the modern/"civilized" world.
